As you know by now, Lee is from the Salt Lake Valley in Utah. The Happy Sumo at The Gateway in Salt Lake is Lee's favorite sushi restaurant on the planet. Part of that is because he spends so much time there and everyone knows him by name.Great atmosphere, great people and great sushi... what more could you ask for? I guess free sushi would be good.
