From KETC, LIVING ST. LOUIS Producer Ruth Ezell pays a visit to a St. Louis landmark, the Best Steak House located across the street from the Fox Theatre in Grand Center. Opened in 1964 by Greek immigrant Dean Kases, the restaurant has survived in the neighborhood for more than four decades by providing good food, good service, and reasonable prices. Ordering, however, can be a challenge to those how don't know the ins-and-outs.
